Warranty Terms:
The warranty period begins on the date the equipment is delivered to, or collected by the original purchaser.
The apparatus must be placed on a level, stable indoor surface with suitable floor protection appropriate to the customer’s environment. Flooring that is uneven, soft, unstable, moisture‑prone, or that restricts the movement of the apparatus (including certain carpets, rubber mats, or textured surfaces) may lead to premature wear or damage not covered under this warranty.
It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for its designated purpose.
Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.
If a defect is found within the applicable warranty period, Ocean Pilates Equipment will, subject to the Australian Consumer Law, determine the most appropriate remedy, which may include repair of the apparatus or replacement of the defective component. Unless required otherwise under the Australian Consumer Law, the purchaser is responsible for any reasonable costs associated with transporting equipment to and from an authorised service location. Where practical, Ocean Pilates Equipment may arrange an on-site repair or replacement service, where a call out fee may be charged.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
