Studio Visit Policy

By booking a studio visit, you agree to the following:

Purpose of the visit
The studio visit is an opportunity to view and test Pilates equipment, ask questions, and receive general guidance on equipment options. It is not a Pilates class or a substitute for professional instruction.

Health and safety
You are responsible for your own health and safety during the visit. Please inform staff of any injuries or conditions before trying equipment. Use of equipment is at your own risk.

Bookings and cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Studio rules and conduct
Visitors must follow staff instructions at all times and treat the studio and equipment with care and respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in the visit being ended early. Children in attendance must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to climb on the equipment. Anyone testing the equipment must wear socks and remove shoes before use.

Liability
Ocean Pilates Equipment is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of equipment during the studio visit, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
