Return & Refund Policy
Ocean Pilates Equipment accepts returns or exchanges for items with manufacturer defects only. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Custom Orders
Custom-ordered equipment cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law (e.g. in the case of a manufacturing defect).
Notification Period
Any manufacturing flaws must be reported by email to hello@oceanpilatesequipment.com within seven (7) business days of receiving your order.
Please include clear photos of the fault and the packaging to ensure the claim can be assessed quickly.
The date the email is sent will be taken as the notification date.
Ocean Pilates Equipment will confirm receipt of your email in writing. A return request is not considered active until you have received this confirmation.
To ensure the claim can be processed smoothly, please provide notification as soon as possible.
Claims made after the seven (7) business day period will not be accepted.
Returns Process
All returns require prior authorisation. Please contact Ocean Pilates Equipment before sending any items back.
Once a claim has been accepted, written authorisation and return instructions will be provided.
Equipment, parts, and accessories must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit when returning items.
Contact should be made with any claims or concerns as soon as possible to ensure they are addressed promptly and fairly.
