I am committed to ensuring that your Pilates apparatus arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition. I understand the importance of careful handling when transporting large, high-value equipment, and take every precaution to protect your investment.
Delivery Areas
I currently offer delivery within Perth and the metropolitan area. If you are located outside this region, please contact us to discuss potential options.
Delivery Options
Local Delivery: Deliveries within the Perth metro area are managed to ensure equipment is handled with care.
Studio Collection: You are welcome to collect your equipment directly from our Ocean Pilates studio by appointment.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is charged in addition to the purchase price of your equipment. Fees vary depending on the size and nature of the order, and your delivery location. A quote will be provided upon confirmation of your order.
Important Notes
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
Equipment will only be delivered to ground floor locations.
Any damage occurring during transit or visible upon delivery must be reported by email within 24 hours. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Delivery and setup can be provided for an additional fee.This option will be discussed with you during The Equipment Edit process, so you can decide what best suits your needs before purchase.
