Customisation & Testing

Can I customise my equipment?

Yes. You can customise the following:

  • Upholstery colour

  • Reformer height

  • Wood finish

  • Spring configuration

  • Strap type (neoprene or velvet touch)


Is there somewhere I can test the equipment?

Yes. You can book an in-person guided session at our studio, where you’ll be able to see and try the equipment before making your decision.

For clients living in remote locations who are unable to visit, we can arrange a video consultation to walk you through the equipment and answer your questions.

Delivery & Setup

How long does delivery take for customised orders?

Custom orders take approximately 6–8 weeks for completion and delivery. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you offer an equipment set-up service?

Yes. For an additional fee, we can deliver your equipment and set up your home or commercial studio so it’s ready to use.

Can I pick up my equipment from the studio?

Yes. You may collect your equipment from our studio at no charge by booking a convenient pick-up time. Alternatively, delivery is available for an additional fee.

Please note: if you choose to arrange your own collection, you are responsible for safe transport. Ocean Pilates Equipment is not liable for any damage that occurs once the equipment has left our premises.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No. We require a physical street address for delivery.

Do you deliver to upstairs locations?

No. Deliveries are limited to ground floor locations only.

Space & Use

How much space do I need around the equipment?

  • Reformers and Cadillac: Minimum 3 m (L) × 1.5 m (W). The riser end with pulleys can be flush against a wall.

  • Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector: Approximately 1.5 m × 1.5 m to allow free movement of the limbs.

Do I need floor protection under my equipment?

We recommend placing non-slip protection under your reformer to protect your flooring and provide extra stability.

What is the maximum user weight?

The maximum user weight is 150 kg.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

What warranty comes with the equipment?

Our equipment is covered by the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I order replacement parts (springs, ropes, straps)?

Yes. Replacement parts are available, please contact us to order.
